Beard status, three days post-shave.
I can’t grow a full beard, it grows in weird patches and that frustrates me. I don’t necessarily want a full beard, I’d just like the option of a beard. I have a week of doing nothing ahead of me, so I’m going to hold off shaving for that week to see how it goes. I expect my face to look like a scraggly cat with clumps of hair falling out, like you may see on an RSPCA ad. You may adopt my beard if you like. For £2 a month, I’ll send you photos and a letter from my beard every so often.
Currently, I’m sporting some tiny bristles, far too small to be measured (speaking from experience). The gaps between my patches are visible now, but not blazingly obvious. I would class this as the optimal length of facial hair, for what I can grow.
Tomorrow’s weather forecast is very sunny. The sun gives off vitamin D, which helps hair growth, which suggests tomorrow’s beard forecast is ‘noticeable patches’.
I don’t know whether you can tell or not, but I am lacking blog-writing inspiration. I will welcome suggestions on my ask page!
